What not to sell

The following stuff need to be rebuilt if you sell the so either store them or do not remove from your restaurant or can not be rebought now unless zynga re release it.

You can sell the cookstations or craftstations if you have fully mastered them and have full crafted ingredients, as if they are required in the future zynga will release it again to buy. The ingredients would probably be released again but mustard dispenser is a example where it required recently but not released again by zynga so either store it or leave it in your restaurant.
