If you are one of the ones who have got the new halloween goals, every time you click on it and open it you will find it goes oops on you, some have been lucky and got it open without this, it seems to be have caused by users opening their oven or craft station up.
Zynga have posted a fix it http://support.zynga.com/article/chefville/Haunted-Restaurant-Expansion-Early-Access-not-unlockingClick-here-en_US-1380637133235 so everyone please click it so they will fix it soon.
Any update on this we will post as soon as we get it.
UPDATE: zynga have fixed the bug you can now open it without crashing.
