If you want to get all the new halloween stuff including ingredients and cookstations so you have two of each when it is released, go to the market and buy them as they have been released early, only the spooky spice rack is unplaceable.
You can get the ghostly cook oven, meat grinder, hocus pocus cabinet, haunted chest, haunted coffin, haunted piano organ.
EDIT: We have been informed you can place the spooky spice rack but it has to be placed on a empty full wall ie the big tall ones sorry for the wrong information
