Zynga have partially fixed the milkshake upgrade, when you click it now, you have intermediate level but you can not request the parts or post for them yet, hopefully this is fixed by tonight.
Edit: The milkshake upgrade has finally been fixed so you now can complete the quest if there is enough time, expert level upgrade is coming soon to.
well fix it before the quest expires!!!!!!!!!!!!!
